Politics
I am a PhD candidate in Politics at the University of Exeter, specializing in International Relations. My doctoral research examines the dynamics of stigmatization and legitimation within the Liberal International Order, with China as a central case study. Specifically, I explore Chinese intellectual debates on Western stigmatization and visions of alternative world orders, contributing both to theoretical discussions of stigma in IR and to current debates on China’s role in the international order. In addition, I am developing collaborative projects on global governance in emerging domains such as cyberspace. More broadly, my research interests include intellectual history, Chinese politics, and historical sociology. Beyond my research, I serve as coordinator of the Global China Research Centre at the University of Exeter.
