Dr Pat Pinkowska (she/her)

I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and the Engaged Research Facilitator at the Wellcome Centre for the Cultures and Environments of Health in Exeter.  I recently joined the Systems project, where I will look at the role that resident activists involved in community action on health inequalities, play in the public health systems.

In my Engaged Research Facilitator role I support PhD students and early career researchers interested in designing research with and for the publilcs. I previously worked and volunteered with a number of national and local charities and grassroots community groups and I am interested in community voice and collaboration in research.

I hold a PhD in Human Geography.
